For storytelling packages, you’ll receive weekly email prompts designed to guide and inspire you to share your memories, reflections, or experiences. For manuscript preparation, simply send us your Word document.
Minimal Editing & Design
We provide basic editing to correct spelling and minor grammar issues, ensuring your voice remains authentic. You can opt for a clean, modern cover design to give your book a polished, professional look.
Publish & Share
Once your story or manuscript is complete, we handle the formatting and upload process, making your book available for purchase on Amazon in hardback, Kindle or both.

Starting at $300
This personalized package is designed to help you preserve your story in a meaningful and convenient way. Over the course of 3 months, you will receive 12 or more thoughtfully crafted questions via email, delivered weekly, to guide you in sharing your life, experiences, or special memories. Each question will prompt you to reflect on different aspects of your journey—whether it’s about personal achievements, family history, love, or even moments of growth and resilience. These questions are designed to make the storytelling process easy and enjoyable, helping you feel confident as you share your narrative.
Includes a 6x9 hardback book and published on Amazon.
While this package is designed to be as streamlined as possible, if you would prefer more personalized support, we can offer additional services like phone calls or in-person meetings (if local) for an additional fee. Whether you need help brainstorming your answers, or just prefer a more interactive process, we’re here to support you every step of the way
Premium Storyteller's Package
Starting at $400
The Premium Storyteller's Package offers a comprehensive and personal way to preserve your unique story. You’ll receive 24+ thoughtfully curated email prompts designed to guide you through sharing your life’s journey, from childhood memories to significant milestones, with minimal editing to maintain your authentic voice. Include up to 20 of your favorite photos, handpicked by you, to bring your story to life, including your chosen cover image. Once completed, your book will be professionally published on Amazon and Kindle, making it available in both physical and digital formats. This package also includes two beautifully bound hardback copies and an eBook file for sharing with loved ones.

Self Publishing
Starting at $250
At Last Leaf Press, we make publishing your book on Amazon simple and hassle-free. Just send us your manuscript in a Word document, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our publishing package includes creating a minimalist cover and uploading your book to Amazon through Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). If you'd like your book available in Kindle format, that can be added for an additional fee. All you need to do is focus on marketing your book while we handle the publishing process for you.
We’ll take your manuscript in Word format and prepare it for publishing on Amazon, ensuring that your content is formatted correctly and ready for readers.
If you’re in need of a professional-looking cover, we offer minimalist design options that are clean, modern, and appealing to your audience for an additional fee.
Once your manuscript is ready, we’ll handle the upload process to Amazon, ensuring your book is available for sale on Amazon. We will upload to Kindle for an additional fee.

Starting at $799
Our Personal Storyteller’s Package is designed for those who feel most comfortable sharing their story in person. This offering is ideal for elderly or differently-abled individuals, or as a meaningful gift for a loved one. It features a face-to-face interview conducted in the comfort of their home or chosen space, with the story carefully transcribed word-for-word, preserving the storyteller’s voice with light editing for clarity. The final result is a beautifully formatted book available in hardback and/or eBook format. Pricing varies based on location and project length. Contact us to learn more and schedule a consultation.

How it all began:
Hi, I’m Karrie, a storyteller with 20 years of experience in the publishing industry as a writer, photographer, and designer, a self-published author, and the founder of Last Leaf Press. My journey to this point has been anything but ordinary—marked by profound challenges, personal growth, and a deep appreciation for the power of stories. Through life’s unexpected twists, I’ve learned that even the darkest chapters can lead to the most beautiful transformations and that every story, no matter how messy or imperfect, deserves to be told. In 2018, I embarked on the thrill ride of breast cancer treatment—a year filled with weekly, hours-long chemo treatments, 12 rounds of radiation, and a couple of casual surgeries that, you know, just completely rearranged my body. Fast forward to 2019, and life decided to keep things spicy with my unexpected but much-needed divorce. By 2020, I was single, angry, and rebuilding my life from scratch—kind of like trying to put together a jigsaw puzzle without the picture on the box and half the pieces missing. At the end of 2021, I took a leap of faith—or lost my mind, you be the judge. I sold everything I owned (except my three fat cats and a bunch of kitchen spices) and drove to Colorado, determined not to leave until I manifested a new life. Within two weeks, I found a place to live and work along the beautiful Fall River in Estes Park, a few miles from the entrance of the Rocky Mountains National Park. I spent 2.5 years creating a life filled with creativity and purpose, created a children's book character named Sunshine Wallace, self-publishing 10 animal fact books for kids, two 4-book series of Social Emotional Learning books for kids and their guardians, and 2 mindfulness books. Now, I'm no longer angry and I’ve made my way back to Arkansas to be closer to family and build Last Leaf Press. My mission is pretty straightforward: I help people preserve their precious stories, turning their memories into books that families can treasure for generations. I do it in a way that only I know how ... authentic, personal, genuine, heartfelt, and reflects my deep commitment to staying true to each individual’s unique voice.
